Return & Refund Policy

TrackerLab sells digital products, including trackers, spreadsheets, planners, templates, and downloadable files. Products are delivered electronically after purchase.

Purchases are generally final once a product has been delivered or accessed.

We will review refund requests if you were charged twice, received the wrong product, could not access your purchase after we tried to resolve the issue, or received a defective file. We will also provide any refund required by applicable consumer law.
